Manager (Specialized Verticals – Credit, Risk, HR & Marketing): 90 Posts Qualification: Two years full time regular Postgraduate diploma/ degree in Management from reputed institutions like IIMs or XLRI etc. or Certified Financial Analyst. Manager (Treasury/ Financial Products/ Financial Services): 40 Posts Qualification: Two years full time regular Postgraduate qualification in Management (Banking & Financial Service/ Banking Management/ Banking Technology) or Certified Financial Analyst. Manager (Planning & Economist): 18 Posts Qualification: Two years full time regular Post graduation in Economics (Mathematic and Statistics) or Econometrics or M.Sc. (Statistics).  Manager (Security): 11 Posts Qualification: Graduation.  Manager (Cost Accountant): 02 Posts Qualification: Qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.  Manager (Corporate Communications): 02 Posts Qualification: Two years full time regular Master degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication with first class or equivalent CGPA.  Senior Manager (Treasury): 04 Posts Qualification: Post Graduation or MBA from reputed institutions or Chartered Accountant or Cost of Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst. Senior Manager (Risk Management): 03 Posts Qualification: Charted Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject. Preference will be given to FRM/ PRM. Chief Manager (Credit): 10 Posts Qualification: Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/ PGDBM/ PGDBA. Or Certified Financial Analyst.  Chief Manager (Economist): 02 Posts Qualification: Masters degree in Economics/ Econometrics. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil./ PhD.  Chief Manager (Chartered Accountant): 01 Post Qualification: Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant from institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Chief Manager (Risk Management): 01 Post Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject.
