Any Graduation with 50% marks - in 10+2+3 format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognised university. Graduates from Open university will not be considered. ii). Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in home loan operations / sales / retail credit etc. iii). Fluency in English besides the local language (Tamil or Kannada, as the case may be) is a must. iv). Possession of a 2- wheeler and valid driving license will be advantageous.
